Creating a Bootable Flash Drive.

NOTE :

1. Please make sure the flash the flash used is already plugged into the PC.

2. Click the Windows button search for  the "COMMAND PROMPT" and then right click to launch the app as an Administrator, after that launch "diskpart" from the command prompt to launch the diskpart application used mostly to mange storage devices.












3. After Launching the Diskpart application which is going to look the same as the command prompt command, run the list disk command to identify what disk number is given to your flash drive. 

4. Recognize you're flash drive by not forgetting what disk number is given then run the following commands on your diskpart application. 


DISKPART >clean
DISKPART >create partition primary
DISKPART >select partition 1
DISKPART >active
DISKPART >format fs=fat32
DISKPART >assign
DISKPART >exit

Note : The One you find above is the disk number remembered from the above step. 

5. Extract your source image which is normally compressed in the .ISO Format by right click on your compressed image and select "OPEN WITH" then goes using the "WINDOWS EXPLORER". 


6. Copy all the Files after opening the ISO Format to the flash drive plugged in.  


7.  After Copying to flash drive, take it to the machine which is ready to be installed an Operating System. Connect the Flash drive, go the BIOS  and make sure the USB selection is put as a first driver and proceed.
